Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has disclosed that he has two sons from different mothers.  During an interview with Jahbless Original Intelligence, Portable spoke about his private life. He said he has many girlfriends professing love for him because of his new-found fame.  He added that he has a girlfriend he really loves and wants to marry but she is now "misbehaving" because of his new "glory".  Speaking about kids, he said he has two sons from two different women. He said: "I have two boys, strong mafians."  When asked about the mother of the children, he revealed that his sons are from different mothers.  He, however, declined to answer when he asked about their whereabouts.  He also spoke about how much he suffered before his rise to stardom.

President Buhari receives Dapchi schoolgirls in Aso Rock.   Premium Times reports that the meeting between the girls and the president is holding at the press gallery of the state house.  The newspaper stated that the girls were flown to Abuja on Thursday, March 22, received medical evaluation and were debriefed prior to meeting the president. Nollywood veteran actor, Mr Ibu, finally goes home.

After a long battle with blood clotting on his leg, veteran actor, John Okafor aka Mr Ibu has died. The actor passed away in a hospital in Lagos state on Saturday, March 2.  According to family sources, the actor has been on life support after he underwent a second surgery for his ailment recently. The family source said that his blood pressure has been over 200 after he had the surgery and that efforts were being made to stabilize it before he sadly passed away this evening.  The actor battled with constant clotting of blood on his leg (diseased blood vessels) and other health challenges for years. In October 2023, he came out publicly to seek financial assistance to treat his ailment. There were plans to fly him abroad for further medical care but that plan was aborted by his doctors who believed he wasn't fit to fly. During the cause of his treatment, his leg was amputated in November 2023. The actor is survived by his wife and children. He was 62 years old. ...

Nigerian Police Arrest Suspected Kidnapper While Withdrawing Ransom Money From POS In Ondo

A suspected kidnapper who abducted a six-year-old girl in her mother's car at a grocery store in Akure, Ondo State's capital, was apprehended while attempting to withdraw a portion of the ransom money. The suspect had demanded N50 million in exchange for the girl's release. It was learned that the suspect kidnapped the girl while her mother was out shopping for groceries in her Toyota Corolla in Akure's Lafe Area. Mrs Chukwu-Ezedima, the girl's mother, reported her daughter's kidnapping on December 21, 2022, at 9.00 p.m., said SP Funmilayo Odunlami-Omisanya, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Ondo State Command, in a statement made available to newsmen in Akure on Saturday.
