Young Nigerian man commits suicide after suffering depression

 A young Nigerian man committed suicide this week.
Tolulope Abodunrin suffered from depression and had tried committing suicide before but he survived. Sadly, he went through with it this week.
Tolu's Twitter bio reads:
Nigerian. Retail and SME Banking. Finance, Economics, Sports and Politics. Goal-Getter. Depression and Suicide Survivor! Arsenal FC Fan.

People who knew him described him as an ambitious and helpful man and also a giver.

Kanye West has accused Kim Kardashian of keeping their children from him and he also spoke about how his mother kept him away from his father.   The rapper took to Instagram to reveal that he wants to take his kids to his hometown, Chicago, but Kim is stopping that from happening. He also wrote in an earlier post that when he was a child, his mother took him to Chicago and prevented his father from seeing him. Senate panel to present report on Buhari’s impeachment today

The Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters is expected to present its report on President Muhammadu Buhari’s impeachment on Wednesday. The committee is looking into the approval of the payment of $496m out of the Excess Crude Account for the purchase of military aircraft. The 12 Super Tucano aircraft ordered from the United States will be delivered in 2020. The Senate had on Thursday resolved to refer the matter to the committee for legal advice, when lawmakers became divided on it. The panel was given the mandate to see whether the President violated the constitution or not. Most of the lawmakers who spoke on the withdrawal pointed out that the President had breached Section 80 of the 1999 Constitution, while a few disagreed. Police officer among suspects arrested for stealing road construction materials

A police officer is reportedly among the five suspects arrested on Sunday morning, February 13, for allegedly stealing materials being used in the ongoing construction of the Nairobi Express Way along Mombasa road, Kenya.    Thomas Odira Musasa, the officer attached to the Criminal Investigation Patrol Unit (CIPU), was on Saturday deployed to guard the Express Way but instead led four civilians to the construction site where they were caught stealing the materials.   Other suspects arrested are Andrew Kones Ntikiya a guard at the construction site, Ephantus Mwangi a driver and owner of the motor vehicle that had been loaded with the stolen goods, Samuel Kariuki and Samuel Mutembei. The suspects stole pipes from the site worth Ksh275,200.   The police said that the suspects were nabbed by police officer Peter Lang’at who is also from the CIPU division.
