Yesterday Banky W took to his instagram page to acknowledge Ufuoma Ilesanmi GM of Haven Homes. Bringing to our attention the issue of how most leadership roles in Nigeria are dominated by old men. He described the Haven Home GM as a young, incredibly competent, brilliant and accomplished young lady.

We can talk about how.. in a Country that has most leadership roles dominated by Old men, their GM is a young, incredibly competent, brilliant and accomplished lady @ufuomaukueku.
