Mayhem As Catholic Priest Murdered By Unknown Gunmen In Imo.

  A Catholic priest, Rev Fr. Jude Egbuom, was murdered by gunmen in Nkwerre in the Nkwerre Local Government Area of Imo State on Monday night. The attackers were reported to have made away with his vehicle.

The gunmen equally murdered a young man whose identity could not be ascertained immediately. The man was said to be with the priest in his vehicle when the criminals struck.

He was attacked around 8pm when he went to a barber’s shop on Anara-Nkwerre Road in Nkwerre town.

He reportedly resisted giving the car keys to his killers, which angered them.

The cleric was immediately shot together with the other victim in his vehicle ,while the criminals fled.
The priest until his death in charge of St Patrick’s Catholic Parish, Amucha, in the Njaba LGA of the state.

Man Arrested For Dressing Like A Female Sex Worker

The Abuja police command have arrested a 22-year-old man for allegedly disguising as a woman to lure men at nightclubs in Abuja. The suspect,  Iliyasu Omika , a native of Kogi State who stays in Tungan Maje in Abuja, was among 15 suspects paraded by the FCT Police Command on Wednesday for allegedly luring men at nightclubs into amorous relationships while disguised as a lady. Police said he was arrested at a brothel in Mpape on November 5 around 5am “after his supposed client raised alarm upon discovery that he was actually a man and not a woman as he claimed.” When speaking with journalists, Omika denied the allegations but admitted that he met the man in a bar while he was with his sisters. Actress and singer, Cossy Ojiakor has said that ECOWAS, Nigeria can send her as peace offering to Burkina Faso’s military ruler, Ibrahim Traore.
