Clergyman, Apostle Johnson Suleiman reacts to claims that he is diabolic and has had extramarital affairs with a number of actresses


Edo-based Clergyman, Apostle Johnson Suleiman, has reacted to claims that he is diabolic and has had extramarital affairs with a number of actresses, both home and abroad.

 

Reports were rife online this week with claims that the clergyman who was enmeshed in a sex-scandal involving a Canadian-based lady, Stephanie Otobo, a few years ago, is diabolic. A list of the actresses he has allegedly had an affair with was also passed around.

 

Responding to the allegation, Suleiman who was preaching in a crusade, described the people peddling the rumor as ''Fools''.

''I heard that they are dragging me on social media, that the man is diabolic. Diabolic kill you there! You want to drag me? We will drag ourselves. 

 

With regards to the list of actresses he has allegedly had intimate relationships with, the clergyman said he cannot deny his ''children'' and the people who have visited his church before

''The list nor long sef'' he said 

 

He said no one drags him because he would use the dragging to gain more popularity for himself.

Lagos: Tribunal to deliver judgement on Governorship petitions today

The Justice Arum Ashom-led Lagos State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal will today September 25, deliver judgment on the petitions filed by the governorship candidates of the Labour Party (LP), Gbadebo Rhodes-Vivour, and his counterpart in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Olajide Adediran, popularly known as Jandor, against the emergence of Babajide Sanwo-Olu as winner of the March 18, 2023 governorship election in the state.   Rhodes-Vivour and Jandor are challenging the return and declaration of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu and Deputy Governor Obafemi Hamzat of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as winners of the state governorship election by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).   Rhodes-Vivour, in his petition marked EPT/LAG/GOV/04/2023 dated April 9, 2023, had urged the tribunal to nullify Sanwo-Olu’s victory on the alleged grounds that the candidate of the All Progressives Congress was not qualified to run in the election. Senate panel to present report on Buhari’s impeachment today

The Senate Committee on Judiciary, Human Rights and Legal Matters is expected to present its report on President Muhammadu Buhari’s impeachment on Wednesday. The committee is looking into the approval of the payment of $496m out of the Excess Crude Account for the purchase of military aircraft. The 12 Super Tucano aircraft ordered from the United States will be delivered in 2020. The Senate had on Thursday resolved to refer the matter to the committee for legal advice, when lawmakers became divided on it. The panel was given the mandate to see whether the President violated the constitution or not. Most of the lawmakers who spoke on the withdrawal pointed out that the President had breached Section 80 of the 1999 Constitution, while a few disagreed. South Africa increases its minimum wage to N126,480

As the Federal government continues to debate whether or not to increase the miniumum wage from N18, 000 to N30, 000, the South African government has gone ahead to increase that of it's civil servants from N97, 495 to N126,480 per month. South African President, Cyril Ramaphosa, who signed the new minimum wage into law yesterday November 26th, said the new wage would take effect from January 1st 2019 and would benefit about six million workers that currently earn R3,700 (N97,495). One South African Rand is equivalent to N26.35. This means South African workers would be earning N527 per hour: N4,216 per day and N126,480 per month. Their Nigerian counterparts currently earn N75 per hour, which is N600 per day (at eight working hours per day) and N18,000 per month. Recall that the sytate governors and the labour unions have been at loggerheads over the demand for the increase in minimum wage.
