Reality TV star, Eriata Ese, tackles an admirer who offered her a trip abroad to chill

Reality TV star, Eriata Ese, has taken to social media to tackle an anonymous admirer who asked her out in a certain way she didn't like.

 

The admirer had sent her a DM on Snapchat asking if she was available for him to take her on a trip where they would have private time. Ese shared a screenshot of the message and expressed her displeasure at the manner in which the admirer asked her out.

Tinubu should be in Guinness World Records for causing Nigerians most hardship – Peter Obi

The presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, has stated that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu should be in the Guinness World Records for “causing Nigerians the most hardship .”   Speaking in an interview with Vanguard, the former Anambra state governor noted that the average Nigerian should be able to judge the performance of President Tinubu so far since May 2023.    Recall that President Tinubu said he deserves to be included in the Guinness World Records over his performances in the country since he assumed leadership.   Reacting, Peter Obi said; “He may actually be correct when he claims that his name deserves to be in the Guinness World Records. Don’t forget that people’s names don’t always make it into the Guinness World Records for only altruistic reasons. So, it depends on which angle he is coming from. Nollywood veteran actor, Mr Ibu, finally goes home.

After a long battle with blood clotting on his leg, veteran actor, John Okafor aka Mr Ibu has died. The actor passed away in a hospital in Lagos state on Saturday, March 2.  According to family sources, the actor has been on life support after he underwent a second surgery for his ailment recently. The family source said that his blood pressure has been over 200 after he had the surgery and that efforts were being made to stabilize it before he sadly passed away this evening.  The actor battled with constant clotting of blood on his leg (diseased blood vessels) and other health challenges for years. In October 2023, he came out publicly to seek financial assistance to treat his ailment. There were plans to fly him abroad for further medical care but that plan was aborted by his doctors who believed he wasn't fit to fly. During the cause of his treatment, his leg was amputated in November 2023. The actor is survived by his wife and children. He was 62 years old. ...

Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari, has said that all Nigerians and celebrities, who promoted protests against police brutality in the country must face the law. The  Central Bank of Nigeria had recently frozen the account  of some protest organisers in a bid to stop further protests from occurring.  The Nigeria Immigration Service also seized the travel passport of Modupe Odele, preventing her from leaving the country for providing legal aid to arrested protesters. Premier League finally reveals how fans will watch remaining games this season

It will be recalled that the UK government has given a green light on professional sport returning as from the first of June, the exact date for the Premier League is yet to be known. According to the secretary of state for digital, culture, media, and sports Oliver Dowden revealed that the government wants some of the games shown on free TV as well as the league’s broadcasters Sky Sports and BT Sports as reported by Sport Bible. He added that airing some of the fixtures on BBC or ITV can help reach a bigger audience thereby stopping them from going to the stadium on matchdays. “ We are working hard with them to try and get it back, I am aiming for mid-June ,” he told Sky News. “ The number one test is public safety.
